T&C’s Prints
All products in this store ship from the UK, which is now outside the European Union. This means our EU customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the destination. Any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility to pay when goods arrive in their country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
T&C’s Workshops
If a you (the client) opt to cancel the workshop less than 7 days before the beginning of the course, you may liable for the full cost of the course. If you wish to cancel your workshop please do so by email; info@simonboothphotography.com or use the contact form on this website stating which course you have booked on. The date the email is received will be used to determine whether a refund will be made. If the cancellation is for a single day event, where no hotels have been pre-booked, I (Simon Booth Photography) will be happy to consider an alternative date.
Simon Booth Photography reserves the right to cancel any course. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond my (Simon Booth Photography) control I may give less than 14 days notice. In the event that I have to cancel any course due to reasons outside of my control (such as persistent rain), I will offer either a total refund or an alternative date of your choosing.
It is a fundamental booking condition that you accept the hazards involved. Customers should have adequate insurance in place for the duration of the course and the activities undertaken. The insurance should cover for cancellation and curtailment, medical and emergency expenses, personal accident, injury and death. In addition you should be insured against loss of or damage to baggage and personal possessions including all your camera equipment. All applicants participate at their own risk and Simon Booth Photography accepts no responsibility for injury or damage done to their persons or property. It must be noted that if you are booking a one to one plus one booking, then you are accepting these terms on behalf of the third party who will accompany you on the one to one. You should discuss this with them prior to accepting these terms. Simon Booth Photography assumes no responsibility on their behalf.
Simon Booth Photography does not accept liability for death, bodily injury or illness under any circumstances.
Simon booth Photography does not accept responsibility for any loss of valuables, including camera equipment, during a course.
Simon Booth Photography is unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years old. Minors attending a course must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.
By proceeding with this workshop, you are agreeing that you are over 18 and accept these Terms and Conditions.
