I’m pleased to share my success in this year’s Nature Photographer of the Year 2025 photography competition in where I received a Highly Commended award for my image “Fallen Beauty” in the Plants and Fungi category. An amazing weekend was had where I travelled with my partner Ruth to Holland to collect the award and enjoy meeting all the other award winners and take part in the Nature Talks Photo Festival. This was followed by a slap up evening meal and drinks at the expense of the event. Lovely food, great company and a proud moment for all the hours that I put into finding the wonderful little gems that nature has to offer.
